Saint Vincent Wine Festival – Chassagne-Montrachet 2010

We visited the 2010 Saint Vincent Wine Festival held this year in Chassagne-Montrachet. Cold, but wonderful day.  This is the place for tasting white wines with flavors of honey, almond and ripe apple with glycerines and lasting flavors.  Often called the “king of white Burgundies”, these Chassagne-Montrachet wines were delicious throughout the village tasting stations. The trouble with Montrachet whites is you just don’t want to stop tasting them. Photos below:
