Kids and Grandpa Visit the Grottes d’Agneau – Rully

Above the small village of Rully in the Cote Chalonnaise of Bourgogne, there is a little winding road called “Rue d’Agneaux” passing through the narrow gap in the hill en route to the hilly vineyards and farm country of Nantoux &  Bouzeron.  Little known to those outside the neighboring villages, there are small caves (“grottes”) easily reached by marked hiking trail from the roadway.  Grandpa shook off his jet-lag by hiking up the hillside with Beaven and Piper to crawl into one of the grottes.
